I decided to knit my pincushion. I started knitting two hexagons which I crocheted together. It is knitted of a left-over sock yarn. I used a beautiful red yarn to crochet the hexagons together and filled it with unloomed wool. I have loads of it. Once.... I will start spinning again.
Because of the kind of decreases (I knitted the hexagons from the outside to the inside), the knitting shows a twist. So, I named this pincushion "Twisted Hexagon".
This pincushion will also fit for big needles. Like my brand new boutis-needles. If I could find them back...
